Create a copy you control
Open My List and choose Create backup. Copy the full text that appears into a note or document. It contains supported saved-title identifiers and checkpoints, not films or passwords. Make the copy before changing browsers or clearing website storage.
Merge it into another browser
Open the same site in the destination browser. Paste the full copy into Restore backup and choose Merge backup. The tool adds recognized entries while keeping that browser’s existing checkpoints. Read the result message to see what was added or skipped.
A newer checkpoint should stay newer
If you have watched further on the destination device, merging an older backup should not replace that progress. Check the series page after a merge. You can update its checkpoint manually if your viewing has moved beyond either saved copy.
When a backup is rejected
Copy the complete original text again, including its beginning and end. Do not add notes inside it or remove punctuation to make it shorter. Unknown titles and invalid episode entries are not converted into invented matches. The result message explains when entries were skipped.
Open My List to create or merge a copy. Backups from unrelated sites are not automatically compatible with this format.
